In 2019 we were Commissioned to design and construct an entrance portal for the VIP area of that year’s edition of Envision Festival. The cathedral arch has been a recurring theme in Gravity Garden designs for some time. We decided to incorporate it into this design with some extra jungle style thrown into it. Guadua Angustifolia bamboo was used for the frame of the piece and traditional pin and lash techniques were used for the joinery.
